My Sister, in Buffalo, NY, seems to have a problem with mice in her apartment, their all over the place, when she complained to the people who run the complex, they just say "oh yea, we have a few units that have that problem". Now, she and her six year old daughter have to move back in with our Mom's home. She called the health department they said not to touch anything and they'll do an investigation, the company that runs the complex, is threatening her by saying if she doesn't pay this months rent their take her to small claims court. You would think instead of spending money on courts and so forth, they would resolve this issue, now they could be shut down and fined heavily. So, if your thinking of moving to Audubon in Amherst, NY, think again.
